Hot Paprika Quesadilla

Filled with fresh cheese and chopped pickled Hot Yellow Apple Paprika.

Make your own Corn Tortillas or like us purchase pre made in a super market. Chop the paprika and the cheese and spread it even over one of the tortilla breads. Place the other tortilla bread on top so it becomes like a sandwich. Grill it on open fire and rotate a couple of times and than turn it upside down and do the same rotation on the other side. About 10 min on the grill or until the cheese has melted.

Can be topped with tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole if available. Otherwise delicious as is.
